5.1 Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Volta™ reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

5.3 Refunds and Returns

6. Shipping and Delivery

Volta™ will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes indicated at checkout. However, all shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier;
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Volta™ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to inaccurate address information;
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient;
• Volta™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
