The Volta™ name, the Volta™ logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Volta™ or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Volta™. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by Volta™.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Volta™ Site, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials with any third party;

5. Purchases and Payments

By placing an order through the Volta™ Site, you make an offer to purchase the products in your order in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on quantities available for purchase.

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, Volta™ reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged.

5.2 Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and by placing an order you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract of sale is formed only when your order is shipped. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Volta™ ships to the locations specified on the Site at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and product availability.

Please note the following:

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Volta™ is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier;
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Volta™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you;
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are your sole responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@tryvolta.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Volta™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Volta™ for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid to Volta™ for the products giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
