90-Day Return Window
Volta™ offers a generous 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. We believe you should have plenty of time to try your product in real life — not just a rushed week or two. If 90 days have passed since delivery, reach out anyway at support@tryvolta.co — we'll always do our best to help.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, Volta™ asks that items meet a few simple conditions:
- Items should be in their original condition — unused or gently used, with no significant wear or damage caused after delivery.
- Original packaging is appreciated but not required. We'd rather you use your product than keep it boxed up "just in case."
- All included accessories, parts, and manuals should be returned when possible.

Refund Process
Getting a refund from Volta™ is quick and painless. Here's how it works:
- Contact us. Email support@tryvolta.co with your order number and the reason for your return. (Honest feedback helps us improve — we read every message!)
- Get your return label. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Yes — return shipping is on us.
- Ship it back. Pack up your item and drop it off at any carrier location.
- Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days of arrival), we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You'll receive email confirmations at every step, so you're never left wondering where things stand.
Non-Refundable Items
While Volta™ accepts returns on nearly everything we sell, a few items can't be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Gift cards and store credit
- Final sale items that are clearly marked as such at checkout
- Personal care items that have been opened or used, where noted on the product page
- Custom or personalized items made specifically for you

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? Volta™ makes exchanges easy. Just email support@tryvolta.co with your order number and what you'd like instead. To get your replacement to you faster, we'll ship your new item as soon as your return is on its way back to us — no waiting for the full round trip. Exchanges are always free of charge, including shipping both ways.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously at Volta™, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right immediately:
- Email support@tryvolta.co within a few days of delivery (though our 90-day window still applies).
- Include a photo or two of the damage — it helps us process your claim faster and improve our packaging.
- We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. In most cases, you won't even need to send the damaged item back.
Damaged and defective item claims are always prioritized, and most are resolved within 24 hours.
