Thank you for shopping with Volta™! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with as little friction as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through tryvolta.co. If you have any questions after reading, our team is always happy to help at support@tryvolta.co.

Order Processing Time

All Volta™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery windows begin once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Volta™ partners with trusted carriers to offer the following shipping options at checkout. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.

Available Shipping Options

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law or where Volta™ is at fault (e.g., a fulfillment error on our end).

Domestic Shipping

Volta™ ships to all 50 U.S. states, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories.

International Shipping

Volta™ ships to select international destinations. Available countries and rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Volta™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If an international package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, any refund issued will be reduced by outbound shipping costs and any fees charged to Volta™ by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your Volta™ order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

  1. Check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for your shipping confirmation.
  2. Click the tracking link or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website.
  3. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

If your tracking number hasn't updated after 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@tryvolta.co and we'll investigate right away.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Volta™ is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will always do our best to help make things right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Volta™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
